Palate is a wine and art bar based in Fremantle. Founded by triptych art style, everything on the menu is served in threes;  tapas, a main and a specialised paired wine. The wines are made in-house and based off famous artists, such as a bubbly funky petillant naturel inspired by Yayoi Kusama.
